Industrial - Distillery waste water, Slaughterhouse waste, Food Processing waste, Oil & grease, reject food products, Pulp, Brewer grains,
Mash, waste bread and pastries
Municipal - Sewage sludge, organic waste from households and markets
Energy Crops
Another source of material is through farming. In Germany more than 60% of all biogas plants use farmed energy crops, such as corn in the form of silage, sugar beets, sorghum and napier grass.
